Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will manage projects, stocking, and store communications while educating customers on brand lines.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and travel to locations as needed. Reports to the Market Sales Manager and engages with store personnel daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and other leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Be knowledgeable of company policies and communicate progress to manager.
• Utilize handheld devices to access necessary functions and data.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
