Job summary

Mallory Safety & Supply is seeking a driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in the South Los Angeles market, anchored to the Carson, CA branch. This field-based role involves regular travel, building relationships with existing customers, and developing new business opportunities.

The right candidate will be entrepreneurial, capable of managing their own business within Mallory's support structure, and comfortable leveraging MS Office and CRM tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with customers
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and territory ownership
• Ability to manage a field-based schedule and travel regularly
• Experience in safety or industrial distribution is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory
• Prospect and establish new customers to expand Mallory's presence
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with regular customer visits
• Learn customer operations to recommend products and solutions
• Coordinate with product specialists and Carson branch to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Track sales activity and territory data and report as needed
