Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales within a defined California territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, meet prospects, and present hardware solutions directly to customers.

The role requires you to reside in the territory, own or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. Strong independence and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenure; ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
