Job summary

Sales Talent, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Executive to own the Los Angeles market for a coatings and waterproofing manufacturer. This remote field role reports to leadership in LA, with 50% travel and a path to multi-million revenue growth within years.

You will open new doors, manage accounts, and build relationships with contractors and architects. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience in construction or building products, a hunter mindset, and demonstrated ability to work autonomously

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset capable of opening new doors in a largely untapped territory.
• Proven B2B sales experience in construction coatings, waterproofing, or similar technical products.
• Strong ability to build credibility with contractors and architects/specifiers.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Los Angeles territory from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with contractors and architects; drive new accounts and revenue.
• Manage travel around 50% and deliver on $2M+ pipeline growth within two years.
