Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Territory Business Manager to prospect customers, build relationships, and drive sales across the assigned geography. You will leverage product and industry knowledge to present tailored solutions and manage distribution, while coordinating with Marketing and accounting teams to optimize profitability.

The role requires at least 3 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRM systems, and the ability to travel daily within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth using knowledge-based selling and customer research.
• Leverage product knowledge to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain relationships with customers and distributors; pursue new opportunities.
• Move prospects from discovery to solution offering and close sales.
• Communicate Sealed Air Product Care solutions, products, and programs.
• Develop a sales, profitability, and growth plan for the geography.
• Maintain accounts with quick follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing to review profitability and launches.
• Complete pricing, CRM reporting, rebates, promotions, budgeting, and travel expense tasks.
