Job summary

Victaulic is expanding its outside sales team in the United States and seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth across key markets. You will learn Victaulic products through our training program, identify opportunities, and execute plans to secure purchases from project inception to commissioning.

You will build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners, travel to sites, and work with distributors to maximize customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong sales aptitude.
• Experience selling value-added products to construction/mechanical markets.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and job fields.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic products and solutions through our training program.
• Develop territory business plans and achieve sales goals.
• Manage project pursuit from inception to final commissioning with teams.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers and owners.
• Educate customers on product value and coordinate with distributors.
