Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products in mechanical or construction markets.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture long-standing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic products and solutions; educate customers on value and application.
• Develop a territory business plan with the Regional Sales Manager and execute project pursuits from inception to close.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners in Orange County; coordinate with distributors.
• Travel as required to customer sites and events, including dinners or meetings outside normal hours.
