Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to support and grow the Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware territory, helping customers succeed with our metal roofing and wall panel solutions.

This role offers exposure to distributors, dealers, lumber yards, and contractors across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets, with a focus on relationship-building, growth, and rapid engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in building materials or related industries preferred.
• Experience with dealer/distribution channels strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with follow-up discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware territory; manage a ~$3M book of business.
• Develop customer partnerships with distributors, dealers, and lumber yards.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting and new business development.
• Sell metal roofing, wall panel systems, trims, and accessories across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets.
• Provide training and pull-through initiatives; support contractor programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, estimating, and customer support teams.
• Manage high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers through ongoing product and system integration initiatives.
