Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and grow the Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware territory. You will drive revenue by expanding relationships with distributors, dealers, and lumber yards, while representing metal roofing and wall panel products across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in building materials or related industries.
• Experience with dealer/distribution sales channels preferred.
• Experience with estimating, project management, or customer-facing construction support roles valued.
• Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to consistent customer follow-up.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and market share.
• Develop customer partnerships with distributors, dealers, and lumber yards.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting and new opportunity development.
• Sell metal roofing, wall panel systems, trims, and accessories across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets.
• Support product training and contractor pull-through initiatives.
