Job summary

Venus Concept is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in Minnesota/Iowa. You will promote medical aesthetic devices, manage key accounts, and build lasting customer relationships while meeting revenue targets. Travel within territory and occasional NA/international travel are required.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for recognition through the President's Club.

Qualifications

• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience required.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive tech to dermatologists and med spas.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory, drive sales and expand customer base.
• Develop pipelines, conduct cold calls and on-site visits to meet goals.
• Educate customers on product indications, efficacy and safety.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts and quotes.
• Maintain CRM data and generate regular sales reports.
• Support installation at customer sites and travel as needed.
