Job summary

Victaulic in Pittsburgh is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across our local market. You will build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners, traveling as needed to advance opportunities and ensure project success.

As a sales professional, you will master Victaulic’s grooved joining solutions, coordinate with distributors, and execute business plans to meet goals. A bachelor’s degree and prior PVF/construction sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products in construction or PVF.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and work in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Develop and execute a business plan with sales goals and product promotion strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and installer trainings.
• Coordinate with Victaulic distributors and regional market specialists to optimize the customer experience.
