Job summary

This field-based role requires travel, in-home office work, and ongoing product demonstrations, training, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–7 years field sales in industrial or durable goods preferred.
• Proven quota attainment and strong territory planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the territory.
• Build strong distributor and end-user relationships; manage accounts end-to-end.
• Execute promotions, product launches, and field programs with in-market follow-through.
• Forecast accurately and maintain CRM pipeline visibility.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory; ride-alongs with distributors as needed.
