Job summary

ContiTech, a leading industrial specialist, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Wisconsin and Minnesota. You will develop new business, expand market share, and educate distributors and end-users on ContiTech’s value-added products across industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include building partnerships, promoting engineered products, training customers, and participating in trade shows. 50% travel, close work with distributors, and CRM-driven performance are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience or 4+ years of sales experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end-users in the industrial sector to achieve growth.
• Promote and sell engineered products, programs, and services through Continental’s Authorized Distributor Network.
• Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications.
• Develop and implement plans for regular customer meetings and for canvassing new distributor/end-user opportunities.
• Participate in industry trade shows to promote products and services.
• Regularly use business IT tools to manage territory activities and data.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry standards.
• Survey equipment and offer value-added solutions in manufacturing environments; travel and heights may be involved.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and CRM tools to drive performance and achieve annual goals.
