Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Wisconsin and Minnesota to develop new business and grow market share through its Authorized Distributor Network in the industrial sector.

You will educate distributors and end-users on engineered products, train partners, and manage a territory with about 50% travel, using Salesforce and CRM tools, with a strong emphasis on relationships and channel development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience (or 4+ years with bachelor’s).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in an industrial setting and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end-users to achieve annual growth objectives.
• Promote and sell engineered products, programs and services through the distributor network.
• Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications.
• Develop plans to meet with customers regularly and secure new distributor/end-user business.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and CRM tools to drive financial performance and territory management.
