Job summary

ContiTech North America, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

The role focuses on developing new business, expanding market share, and leveraging ContiTech’s Authorized Distributor Network to drive growth in industrial segments. You will educate distributors and end-users on our engineered products, train partners on applications, and maintain regular customer contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience, or 4+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in an industrial setting.
• Experience presenting to customers and conducting meetings.
• Experience training customers and end users.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must reside within the territory and be able to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end users to grow revenue and profitability.
• Promote engineered products and services through the distributor network.
• Train distributors and end users on new products and applications.
• regularly meet with customers and secure new distributor/end-user business.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
• Utilize CRM and data tools to drive territory performance and forecast.
