Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Wisconsin and Minnesota to develop new business and grow market share through its Authorized Distributor Network.

You will educate distributors and end-users on ContiTech’s engineered products and applications within an industrial setting. The role requires building relationships, prospecting new opportunities, and traveling frequently to client sites and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience or 4+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to travel 50% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end-users in the industrial sector.
• Promote and sell engineered products and services through the distributor network.
• Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications.
• Develop plans to regularly meet customers and secure new distributor/end-user business.
• Participate in industry trade shows to promote products and services.
