Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in the United States. You will close sales within a defined territory, join an award-winning training program, and work with both new and existing clients to offer top-tier HR solutions and benefits.

You’ll network with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience — We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.
• Bonus points for building a network and effectively using social media for sales

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: close sales, win business, and reach sales goals in a defined territory.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions and forge partnerships with decision-makers.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate Daily: act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while upholding high ethical standards.
