ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in New York, NY. Qualifications

• Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience valued for teamwork, resilience, and negotiation.
• Experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend award-winning training and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.
• Document sales processes and manage them through implementation until new business is active.
