Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a defined territory. You will close sales, win new business, and participate in our training program while engaging with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes across stages, maintain relationships, and collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell within accounts. Base compensation is competitive with strong incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close sales and manage a defined territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills under pressure.

Responsibilities
