Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in the United States. The role focuses on closing sales within a defined territory and presenting ADP HR solutions to employers to improve their workforce management.

You will receive comprehensive training, build relationships with HR leaders and executives, and manage multiple sales stages from prospecting to implementation while benefiting from ADP’s compensation, benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience – teamwork, resilience and negotiation skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend award-winning training and sell HR solutions to clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.
• Document sales processes and drive deals through to implementation.
