Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales and win new business in a defined territory.

You will engage HR and executive decision-makers, present ADP solutions, and participate in award-winning training to accelerate growth. You will manage multiple sales processes across stages, document progress, and drive deals to completion while enjoying industry-leading compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement through ongoing training

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; relevant experience is valuable.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience can help build teamwork, resilience, negotiation and relationships.
• Ability to network and use social media for sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Close sales by recommending the right solutions to meet business needs and generate referrals.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP portfolio and cross-sell with other ADP teams.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
