ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales in a defined territory, attend training, and grow new business with both new and existing clients across ADP HR solutions.

You will cultivate relationships with HR leaders and executives, present the right ADP solutions, cross-sell across the ADP family, and benefit from industry-leading compensation, trips, and awards; the company supports career growth and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory to hit goals.
• Develop relationships with HR and decision-makers to present ADP solutions.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates across accounts.
• Manage multiple sales processes through to implementation.
