ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). This role focuses on closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory while participating in our award-winning training program.

You will work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions that enhance employee benefits across the hire-to-retire spectrum. You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality can help build relationships and identify solutions.
• College degree is not required; strong job skills and ability to perform in a quota-driven role are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined territory to close sales and achieve targets.
• Turn prospects into loyal, referable clients by recommending ADP solutions to real business needs.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cross-sell with colleagues to expand accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners through the sales process.
