Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, attending a training program and joining a sales team that helps clients with HR solutions and benefits across hire-to-retire.

You will manage multiple deals through the sales process, document progress, and move opportunities from prospecting to implementation, with compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and ongoing training supporting advancement.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience—skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a 'never lose' mentality help build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined, protected territory and close sales to reach quotas.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending the right HR solutions for real business needs.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross-selling with internal partners.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams while upholding high ethical standards.
