Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory, participate in training, and grow with a global leader.

You will build relationships with HR and executive buyers, present ADP solutions, and collaborate with internal partners to expand business across hire-to-retire offerings, with strong earning potential and career development.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience—skills including teamwork, negotiation, and resilience help build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory and meet sales goals.
• Attend training and present ADP solutions to HR and executive buyers.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and decision-makers, and expand business with existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell across hire-to-retire offerings.
