Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close new business within a defined territory and achieve sales goals. You will attend our award-winning training, work with clients to understand their HR needs, and present ADP HR solutions to improve employees' lives with strong benefits offerings.

A college degree is not required; three years of B2B sales experience and a proven quota-carrying history are valued.

Qualifications

• Positive, self-motivated with ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
• Proven track record of carrying a quota in outside B2B sales and closing deals.
• Willingness to build networks and leverage referrals to grow business.
• Bonus points for ability to build a network and use social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and present ADP HR solutions to HR leaders and executives.
• Develop and deepen relationships across client accounts, cross-sell where appropriate.
