Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree not required; skills matter more.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality.

Responsibilities

• Close sales in a defined territory to reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
• Close sales by recommending the right solutions to help clients understand and solve real business needs; earn referral business by networking with existing and future clients.
• Strategically cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions with ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
