Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Jacksonville to close sales within a defined territory and win new business. You will join a training program and collaborate with a sales team to offer HR solutions and benefits across hire-to-retire.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions while managing multiple deals through the sales process to drive rewards, advancement, and recognition.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales and closing sales.
• Ability to network, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
