Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Boston to close sales and win new business within a defined territory.

You will participate in ADP’s renowned training program and work with both new and existing clients to offer HR solutions that improve employees' lives through top-tier benefits and payroll services. You will manage multiple sales processes across stages, document progress, and drive deals through implementation.

Qualifications

• Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call and multi-task while presenting ideas clearly.
• Strategic closer with a quota-bearing outside B2B sales background and an established network.
• Proven winner who thrives under pressure and consistently hits or exceeds sales quotas.
• Three years of B2B sales experience preferred; military experience helpful for teamwork and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory to achieve sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending solutions to solve real business needs.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates within existing accounts to grow business.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
