ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Stamford, CT. You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, participate in our training program, and work with both new and existing clients to sell HR solutions and benefits offerings.

You will develop relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, manage multiple sales processes, and document progress through each stage of the sales cycle to drive successful implementations and rewarding

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably field sales.
• Outside sales quota experience with a proven track record.
• Military experience valued for teamwork, resilience, and trust-building.
