Job summary

You will manage accounts, pursue new commercial and residential opportunities, and build lasting partnerships. This hunter-style role demands strong relationship-building and a customer-focused mindset. You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver excellent service, and travel within the territory to customer sites and trade events.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and highly accountable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint; CRM experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned sales territory and account development.
• Identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales reports.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows and customer meetings.
