Job summary

Fishman Flooring Solutions in Garner, NC is seeking a Territory Business Manager (Outside Sales) to manage an assigned sales territory, grow existing accounts, and aggressively pursue new commercial business opportunities. You will build lasting customer partnerships and drive revenue growth.

This hunter-style role requires strong relationship skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel within the Fayetteville, Greenville, Jacksonville, and Wilmington areas.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts.
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence.
• Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
