Job summary

Fishman Flooring Solutions is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead outside sales in Nashville and surrounding areas. You will drive revenue by managing existing accounts, pursuing new commercial and residential opportunities, and building lasting customer partnerships.

The role requires hunter-style, results-driven professionals with strong relationship-building skills, proactive prospecting, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with a robust CRM system.
• Willingness to travel within the territory with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
