Job summary

Xcaliber International in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our value tobacco brands among independent retailers and distributors. This field-based role focuses on relationship building, visibility, and meeting sales targets across assigned accounts.

You will visit retailers daily, discuss pricing, promotions, and product placement, travel for national meetings, and work with a team to grow market share while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of field sales or territory management experience.
• Proven ability to drive territory growth and hit targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with decision-makers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with CRM proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory through visits, direct sales, and distributor coordination.
• Build long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
• Execute sales and merchandising programs to increase visibility and volume.
• Introduce products into new locations and strengthen placements at existing accounts.
• Hit assigned sales goals and brand-building targets.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and marketing programs.
• Provide market feedback on competitive activity and trends.
• Participate in travel for national and regional meetings and events.
• Travel daily within the territory to visit accounts and maintain visibility.
