Xcaliber International, a leading value tobacco manufacturer based in Pryor, Oklahoma, is seeking a Territory Manager to expand market presence by visiting retailers and distributors, ensuring product availability and executing merchandising programs.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, travel within the territory, and compliance with brand standards; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales, territory management or account development.
• Ability to build relationships with retailers, wholesalers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory through account visits and distributor coordination.
• Build long-term relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
• Execute sales and merchandising programs to increase visibility and volume.
• Introduce products into new locations and strengthen placement at existing accounts.
• Meet sales goals and ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
