Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in the United States offers a full-time Sales Representative & Field Trainer role blending outside sales with leadership development. You’ll meet with business owners and employees within your territory, present benefits, and mentor newer agents while growing your own book of business.

Representatives are independent contractors with schedule flexibility, backed by training, resources, and leadership guidance, plus opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales and leadership or mentorship roles.
• Ability to mentor newer agents and develop others.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Organized, self-motivated and reliable with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
