Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) across a Minnesota-based territory. You will lead a team of Merchandisers, optimize in-store execution, and build strong retailer relationships to deliver consistent sales growth.

You’ll plan data-driven strategies, coordinate store visits, and ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines while achieving monthly and quarterly targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: manage and coach a team of Merchandisers; hire, develop, and supervise performance.
• Drive Execution Excellence: ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics to expand territory.
• Build Relationships: cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Own the Cadence: schedule smart store visits to strengthen relationships and drive results.
