Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead DSD execution across the Minneapolis, Willmar, Buffalo and surrounding MN markets. You will drive sales targets, coach merchandisers, and ensure flawless in-store rollout of priorities and HQ programs.

The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including weekends. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsabilidades

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and execute HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety and operational guidelines.
