Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead DSD execution and drive snacking sales across a defined Minnesota territory. You will build store relationships, coach merchandisers, and ensure flawless in-store programs to maximize shelf impact and volume.

The role requires 3–5 years in selling, a valid driver’s license, and flexible weekend/holiday availability. A company vehicle is provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business processes knowledge.
• Ability to perform physical activities and lift up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers with coaching.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics for growth.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and partners.
• Optimize merchandisers deployment and shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety guidelines.
