Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution and steady in-store performance across a multi-city Minnesota territory. You’ll lead store relationships, optimize displays, and energize brand presence while managing a team of merchandisers and order writers.

You will deliver on sales targets, collaborate with HQ programs, and tailor data-driven strategies to local store demographics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in field sales/retail is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers (FT/PT) within the team.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and customer needs.
• Build and nurture partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Coordinate resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
