Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution across multiple Minnesota locations, including Minneapolis and Osseo. You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize in-store displays, and build strong relationships with store personnel to maximize sales and brand presence.

A flexible schedule and field travel are required, with a base salary in the stated range and an eligible bonus program.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• Physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs (over 50 lbs occasionally)
• Successful drug test, MVR check, and background check
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandiser staff (full-time/part-time)
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management
• Design and execute smart store schedules to strengthen relationships and results
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines
