The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Newark/Wilmington, DE area to drive flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with key retailers. The role focuses on building consultative partnerships, data-driven planning, and maximizing distribution and merchandising across all classes of trade.

Responsibilities include analyzing store data, planning routes, and collaborating with KDMs to increase incremental sales while maintaining optimal product placement

Competenze

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within territory boundaries.
• Must be able to drive to make multiple sales calls on a daily basis.
• Must be able to lift 10-60 lbs. on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations.
