Job summary

DIRTT Environmental Solutions, a global leader in industrialized construction, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive dealer-led growth in your region. You will partner with distribution, build influential relationships, and uncover new opportunities while showcasing DIRTT's adaptable interior solutions.

You will lead sales strategies, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with Regional Directors to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years construction sales or construction management experience required.
• 3+ years in the territory and a broad network of contacts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dealers on joint sales calls and market-facing engagements.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align on pipeline health and growth actions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including major opportunities.
• Track opportunities in the CRM and manage transitions from prospect to closed deals.
• Present DIRTT products and solutions, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealer leadership.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate the value of DIRTT’s software Design Editor.
