Job summary

Glacial® Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand adoption of our Cryomodulation platform across multi-state territories.

You’ll report to the West Sales Director, build relationships with providers, and drive capital equipment sales from first contact to installation and ongoing support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aesthetics or MedTech sales, a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, and willingness to travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital sales experience in aesthetics or MedTech.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and manage multi-state territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• In person device installation post sale and delivery.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the R2 ecosystem.
• Present compelling product demos and value propositions to differentiate R2.
• Cultivate strong relationships across customer organizations — from practitioners to decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs in your region.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Represent R2 at trade shows, industry events, and educational seminars.
• Submit timely forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentation.
