Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand our Cryomodulation platform across the U.S. You will drive capital equipment sales, shape strategies, and build relationships from practitioners to decision-makers.

You’ll report to the Director of Sales - East/West, collaborate with Practice Success, and travel up to 90% to grow market presence and ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to installation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of capital sales experience in aesthetics or MedTech.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.

Mansioni

• Drive new capital equipment sales to meet quotas.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the ecosystem.
• Present demos and value propositions to differentiate the product.
• Cultivate relationships across practitioner to decision-maker levels.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Identify and nurture KOLs in the region.
• Partner with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Represent at trade shows and industry events.
• Submit forecasts, reports, and expense documentation.
