Job summary

Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager based in the Nashville, TN area to expand adoption of our Cryomodulation technology.

You will drive capital equipment sales, install devices post-sale, and partner with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will build relationships across providers and decision-makers, manage a robust sales pipeline in HubSpot, and travel up to 90% to meet quarterly and annual

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital sales experience, aesthetics or MedTech preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• In-person device installation post-sale and delivery.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the ecosystem.
• Present demos and value propositions to differentiate products.
• Cultivate relationships from practitioners to decision-makers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Travel up to 90% to cover territory.
• Partner with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
