Job summary

Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand adoption of Cryomodulation platforms across the West and beyond.

You will report to the Director of Sales - West and partner with Practice Success to ensure seamless customer experience from first contact to installation and beyond. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of capital sales in aesthetics or MedTech, proven revenue growth, ability to manage multi-state territories, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital sales experience (aesthetics or MedTech preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience managing multi-state territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• Perform in-person device installation post sale and delivery.
• Execute sales strategy and recruit new providers into the ecosystem.
• Deliver compelling product demos and value propositions.
• Cultivate relationships from practitioners to decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Identify and nurture regional KOL relationships.
• Partner with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Represent R2 at trade shows and industry events.
• Submit forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentation.
