Job summary

Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand adoption of Cryomodulation platforms across multi-state territories.

You will build relationships with providers, drive new capital equipment sales, and partner with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Based in Ohio with up to 90% travel, you will manage a healthy pipeline in HubSpot, present demos, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital sales experience in aesthetics or MedTech preferred.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and build long-term relationships.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic market mapping.

Responsibilities

• Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the ecosystem.
• Present compelling product demos and value propositions to differentiate R2.
• Cultivate relationships with practitioners and decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Identify and nurture KOLs in the region.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Represent R2 at trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
• Submit forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentation.
