Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand our Cryomodulation-based platform in the Chicago region.

You will drive capital equipment sales, build provider relationships, and lead strategic market initiatives throughout your territory. You will report to the Director of Sales - East and collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to installation and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of capital sales experience in aesthetics or MedTech preferred.
• Track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation and follow-through.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.
• Based in Chicago, IL (preferred).

• Drive capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the ecosystem.
• Present compelling demos and value propositions to differentiate R2.
• Cultivate relationships across practitioners and decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Identify and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in your region.
• Partner with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams cross-functionally.
• Represent R2 at trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
• Submit timely forecasts, activity reports, and expense documentation.
