Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and DSD across an Illinois territory. You'll drive sales, optimize displays, and foster strong relationships with store teams for top-tier service.

You will manage merchandisers, coordinate HQ programs, and craft data-driven plans to expand market share while upholding safety and company guidelines in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience in retail or related field.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers.
• Drive flawless in-store execution and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and execute HQ programs.
• Plan growth using data-driven strategies for store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships.
